Poor mice.  A recent study on mice at a university in Barcelona showed that Viagra administered for eight days straight halved the rodents’ MS symptoms.  While this sounds like a double bonus whammy for gents with MS, don’t get you hopes up, or anything else for that matter.  Apparently, to test treatments on mice, they have to first simulate the MS disease.  They do this by injecting myelin into the mice to create lesions that look like MS lesions.  The mice don’t actually have MS, just something that looks similar so any of these test results should be taken with a grain of salt.

However, in the interests of human research, I gave this an 8-day trial and the only possible outcome I can see is the potential for blindness.  That’s probably because I was home alone. (Only joking kiddies!)
